Ich bin Umwelt- und Globalhistorikerin mit besonderem Fokus auf Globalisierungsprozesse, das Verh?ltnis zwischen ?kologie und ?konomie und das Zeitalter des Anthropoz?ns. Meine Forschungsinteressen reichen vom internationalen Handel mit gef?hrlichen Abfallstoffen und Toxizit?t als historisches Konstrukt über die Geschichte ?konomisch-?kologischen Denkens bis hin zu vertikalen Umweltkonzepten oder der Erforschung maritimer R?ume.

Meine Arbeit verortet sich interdisziplin?r an der Schnittstelle zwischen Umweltgeschichte und den Environmental Humanities. Ich bin Co-Sprecherin des Internationalen Doktorierendenkollegs Um(Welt)Denken.
